I. Call to Order and Roll Call, Moment of Silence, Flag Salute  

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 and Dahl, Dain, Hernandez, Breuer and Melton were present 

II. Interview, discuss and possible appointment of board member to replace Dana Lutz  

 III. Oath of Office, if necessary  

As there was no appointment made, the Oath of Office was not necessary

 IV. Adjournment  

Primary Motion Passed:  Motion to adjourn at 6:45 passed with a motion by Kevin Breuer and a second by Mitzi Dain.
