1. What are your goals for future Cross Country
seasons? |

My goals are
to field a full varsity and JV team of boys and girls, to win a
regional championship and to win a state championship.

2. What place do you believe next season
runners as a team will place if they make it to state? |
|
|
|
I believe the
boys will get inside the top 5 and the girls will be around the
number 10 stop. |

3. Why do you coach Cross Country? |
|
|
|
I t is
a sport unlike any other. It is pure dedication and guts.
|

4. What is the hardest part of being a Cross
Country coach? |
|
|
|
Deciding
where to eat after the meets. HAHA!! |

5. How do you motivate runners to continue
running? |
|
|
|
I tell
them that their times are only going to get faster if they stick
with it. The faster we are as a team = championships. If you run
fast at a meet, you earn a medal. |

6. What are some tips for beginning runners?
|
|
|
|
Gradually
ease yourself into the distance aspect. Take it easy at first,
then you will be able to run further and faster. |
