- What are your goals for Guymon High
School this year?

More Academic success for all of
our students. Get more students involved in activities. I wish every
student was involved in at least one activity.

2. How do you feel
about Guymon High School? |
|
|
|
I Love it. There
are some challenges, but every school does. Guymon is my home and I
have spent most of my adult life with Guymon students. |

3. What did you do before you
came to Guymon? |
|
|
|
I was a student. I moved to Guymon while in college. |
|
|

4. What is your favorite
part of your job? |
|
|
|
Lunch room duty. I really enjoy
walking around or sitting with students.

5. How long have you been
a principal?
|
|
|
|
This is my first year as
principal. I was assistant principal for 8 years, and Principal at the
Alternative school for 3 years.

6. What are some other
jobs you have had? |

|

Farm & Ranch,
worked in the oil field when I was in college, and taught math. |

7. What's the funniest
thing a student has done? |

|
|
This is a tough
one. There have been so many, usually students say something that
comes out wrong, they are embarrassed and everyone laughs. |

thing a student has done? |

|
|
I really don't want to give
other students ideas. |

9. What is the hardest
part of your job? |
|
|
|
Paperwork. I would much rather interact and be around kids. |

10. What are your hobbies/interests? |
|
|
|
I have a small
cattle ranch. Most of the time it is relaxing to be out there. I like
to travel, but I rarely go anywhere. |
