There is the District page, but each Principal will also have a page for the school. Reminder!! All students entering 7th grade need the TDap vaccination or opt-out forms filled out prior to entering 7th grade. We are required by law to have this information on file. If your child has not received this vaccination, please make arrangements this summer to do so before the first day of school. Bring your updated immunization record to the Junior High office or email the school nurse. If you have any questions or want to complete an opt-out form, please get in touch with the school nurse at julie.hicks@guymontigers.com.
