Guymon High School is proud to recognize Mr. Cox as our September Staff Spotlight!
Mr. Cox has dedicated 14 years to education and currently serves as the History Department Head, National Honor Society Sponsor, and Generation Citizen leader at Guymon High School. Through each of these roles, he brings experience, leadership, and a calm, respectful approach that makes a positive impact on both students and staff.
Before beginning his career in education, Mr. Cox proudly served in the United States Navy. That same commitment to service and dedication is evident in the work he does each day at GHS.
Mr. Cox consistently goes above and beyond for his students and the school community. Whether he is supporting students through National Honor Society and Generation Citizen, attending athletic events, or enthusiastically participating in school spirit days, he is always willing to get involved and show his Tiger pride.
Outside of school, Mr. Cox enjoys running and creating art, interests that reflect the creativity and dedication he brings to his classroom and school each day.
Mr. Cox is a valued member of the Guymon High School family. His steady leadership, willingness to serve, involvement in our school community, and genuine respect for students and staff make him someone we are proud to recognize as our September Staff Spotlight.
